The Attorney General Office (AGO) has stopped transfer-pricing practices investigation on South Kalimantan coal miner PT.Adaro Indonesia due to lack of evidence, Kontan daily reported.
Junior Attorney General in charge of Intelligence Affairs Wisnu Subroto said in Jakarta on Wednesday that his team had found no evidence supporting the allegation.
The company was suspected to sell coal at much cheaper than prevailing prices to its Singapore-based coal trading subsidiary Coaltrade Services International Pte. Ltd., thereby causing loss to the state. (*)
