Agritrade?s non-executive director resigns

HKEx-listed Agritrade Resources Limited announced on Wednesday that Wong Man Hung, Patrick has tendered his letter of resignation and will resign as the non-executive director and vice chairman of the company with effect from May 1, 2016 due to his personal commitments on his other business.
Agritrade Resources Limited is the owner and operator of PT Senamas Energindo Mineral, a 2,000-hectare coal mine in Central Kalimantan province.
