Agus Lasmono named as president commissioner of Indika

IDX-listed integrated energy company PT Indika Energy Tbk appointed Agus Lasmono as the new President Commissioner during an extraordinary shareholders meeting on Monday.

Agus said that he replaces Wishnu Wardhana, who tendered resignation in December of last year as he decided to become a campaign manager for one of the candidates in the upcoming Jakarta gubernatorial election.

Agus, a co-founder and shareholder of Indika, said that the meeting has approved Wishnu?s resignation.

The Indika board of commissioners now comprises of Agus, Richard Bruce Ness, Boyke W. Mukijat and Chatib Basri.

No changes were made to the company?s board of directors, with Arsjad Rasjid retaining his post as President Director.
