Ahmad Bambang dismissed from top Pertamina post

The Office of the State Minister of State Owned Enterprises has dismissed Ahmad Bambang from his post as Vice President Director of state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina.

Ahmad confirmed late Thursday to Petromindo.com of his dismissal, but declined to provide details. The ministry is set to officially announce the dismissal on Friday.

Ahmad, formerly director of marketing and commercial at Pertamina, was appointed as vice president director of the company, a newly-created post, in October last year.
