Malaysian firm AIG Kinabalu Sdn Bhd announced on Monday that it has entered into an MOU and Collaboration Agreement with Indonesian firm PT Syifa Petco International to explore opportunities within Indonesia’s oil, gas, and energy sectors.
The collaboration is set to focus on new energy infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
Imelda Ambrose Angkangon, Managing Director of AIG Kinabalu, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “By combining our expertise and resources, we are confident that we can make substantial contributions to Indonesia’s energy landscape, supporting its growth and sustainability objectives.”

AIG (Allied Industries Group) Holdings was incorporated in 2016, specializing in maintenance, construction and modification works in energy, marine and utilities related industries.
Syifa Petco International is part of Syifa Group, an Indonesian company which involves in fuel trading business.
