Air Energi acquires PT Satoil

The Air Energi Group said that its subsidiary PT Air Energy Consulting had recently acquired the technical consulting and professional manpower business of PT Satoil in Indonesia.
The company, which was established 30 years ago as a company focused mainly on providing technical expertise to the oil and gas industry worldwide, said in a press statement that the acquisition would give the Air Energi Group a significant base to expand its in-country oil and gas business and to service its global clients who have significant project activities in Indonesia.
It stated that senior directors, including Ronnie Steele and Sarwono Satrio, have also joined the business from PT Satoil. Both persons will become directors of PT Air Energy with immediate effect.
