AKR Corporindo sets up new JV

IDX-listed chemical and fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk. said that its subsidiary PT Andahariesa Abadi (ADH) has signed an agreement with PT Berijan Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI) to set up a joint venture (JV) company called PT Terminal Nilam Utara (TNU).
The company said in a statement obtained Wednesday that TNU, which is 60 percent owned by ADH, will be engaged on business activities in the field of Bulk Liquid and Gas Terminal which includes but is not limited to business development services in the field of cargo handling terminal bulk liquid and gas as well as activities related to the consolidation and distribution of the goods.
