AKR eyeing coal mine acquisition

IDX-listed fuel logistics and chemical firm PT AKR Corporindo said it was seeing to expand to coal mining business through acquisition of a coal mine.
The company in its report to the Exchange said it was conducting due diligence to acquire 87.5% shares of PT Anugrah Karya Raya from its current owned PT Pacifica Bangun Lestari.
The company did not give detail about the target company but said due diligence is expected to be completed in one month. (bernard)
