AKR names Mahendra Siregar as commissioner

IDX-listed PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, which among others engaged in fuel distribution and logistics, said that its shareholders have agreed to distribute 38.67 percent of 2014 net profit as dividend.

AKR Director Suresh Vembu said Tuesday that the company booked a 24.96 percent increase in net profit last year to Rp 810.09 billion from Rp 648.25 billion in the previous year.

Meanwhile, AKR also appointed Mahendra Siregar, former deputy minister of trade and former chairman of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), into the company?s board of commissioners.

The company also appointed Ter Murti Tiban, an accountant, into its board of directors.
