AKR sets up joint venture to do power business

IDX-listed PT. AKR Corporindo, Tbk. announced on Monday that its subsidiaries, PT. Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara and PT. Andahanesa Abadi have signed a Deed of Establishment to form PT. Energi Manyar Sejahtera in partnership with PT. Santiniluwansa Lestari and PT. Amanah lndo Invest to engage among others in power business.
The joint venture is domiciled in Surabaya, East Java. The dead of establishment was signed on March 5, 2015.
The purpose and objectives of EMS is carrying on business activities in the field of industry, trade and services of power plant, AKR said.
