AKR wins HSD supply tender for PLN

IDX-listed fuel trader and logistics firm AKR Corporindo Tbk announced on Tuesday it had been appointed by state electricity firm PLN as winner of tender to supply HSD to PLN?s power plants in Tanjung Batu, Samarinda, East Kalimantan and Siantan/Sei Raya, Pontianak, West Kalimantan.
The company did not provide detail.
Kontan daily reported in April 2008 that PLN opened tender looking for supplier to supply 150,000 kiloliters of HSD to the Siantan power plant and another 300,000 kiloliters to the Tanjung Batu power plant for three years. (alex)
