Alam Karya signs coal supply deal with Beringin Jaya

IDX-listed mining services company PT Alam Karya Unggul Tbk said it has on December 5 signed a one-year coal supply contract with coal miner PT Beringin Jaya Abadi.
The company said in a statement obtained Monday that as part of the agreement, Alam Karya has provided upfront payment to Beringin Jaya to guarantee the supply of 2.5 million tons of coal worth US$3.6 million.
It added that the contract is valid from December 5, 2014 to December 5, 2015.
