Alexander Ramlie resigns from Borneo Lumbung Energi

IDX-listed coking coal producer PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk announced Monday that Alexander Ramlie has tendered resignation as president director of the company.

Borneo Lumbung Energi did not provide reason for the resignation. It said that the company plans to hold a shareholders meeting to seek approval over matters in relation to the resignation. No schedule was given.

Alexander has assumed the post since 2011. Borneo through subsidiary PT Asmin Coalindo Tuhup operates a concession located in Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan.
