Alfa Energy obtains new JORC results

Coal mining company PT Alfa Energi stated that it has completed exploration activity to obtain new JORC reserves and resources at its coal concession in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
Aris Munanadar, Director of Alfa Energy told Petromindo.com on Friday that according to the new JORC results, the concession has 25 million tons of resources with 11 million tons of reserves.
?The previous JORC was only 8 million tons of resources,? Aris said, adding that the company will be maintaining coal production at the level of 250,000 tons this year.
The concession has about 2,000 hectares land with the coal CV of GAR 4,300 kcal per kg.
