Ali Mundakir named as new Elnusa CEO

The annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) of IDX-listed oil and gas service provider PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX:ELSA) today approved the appointment of Ali Mundakir as the new President Director of the company.
Ali was previously president director of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE).
The shareholders also approved the appointment of Director for Human Resources and General Affairs, Tnny Elfrida, replacing Happy Paringhadi JS.

Finance Director: Hery Setiawan
Director for HR & General Affairs: Tenny Elfrida
Director for Business Development and also Director for Operation (Independent Director): Arief Riyanto
Board of Commissioners:
President Commissioner: Agus Prabowo
Commissinoer: Antonius Ratdomopurbo
Independent Commissioner: Anis Baridwan
Independent Commissioner: Lusiaga Levi Susila
The shareholders also approved to allocate 25 percent of 2019 net profit of Rp356 billion as a dividend or valued at Rp89 billion, representing Rp12.211 per share. The dividend is payable at the latest 30 days after the AGMS.
