Anadarko to drill Nunukan well in 2010

US oil firm Anadarko Petroleum will drill a deep directional exploratory well on the Nunukan Block , offshore Bunyu island in East Kalimantan.
The company said in a rig tender announcement the drilling would start in the second quarter of 2010.
Anadarko is the block?s operator with 35 percent interest, IDX-listed firm Medco Energi has 40 percent interest with remaining balance equally shared by Indian firms Bharat Petroleum Corp. and Videocon Industries.(alex)
