Ancora?s subsidiary secures $16.55 million loan

PT Bormindo Nusantara, a subsidiary of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (OKAS), has secured loans worth US$16.55 million or about Rp 60 billion from state owned Bank Mandiri, Ancora said.
According to the company?s report submitted to the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), as the loan was in the form of direct lending facilities for the company?s subsidiary PT Bormindo Nusantara, it was excluded from the Bapepam-LK regulation No. IX. E2.
Earlier, Ancora signed loan agrement worth US$25 million with Standard Bank Plc.
Ancora has a number of subsidiaries including PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia (MNK), PT Bormindo Nusantara, a drilling-services company. Ancora also established shipping unit PT Ancora Shipping that will focus on coal transportation. (*)
