PT Aneka Gas Industri, which distributes gas products to industries, is expected to raise around Rp 2 trillion from a planned initial public offering (IPO) in September of this year, Kontan reported on Thursday.
The paper quoting a Bloomberg report said that the company plans to launch roadshow in August in Jakarta, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur.
As had been reported by this portal late last month, Aneka plans to sell 25 percent of its shares via the IPO, and has appointed three securities firms including PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT RHB OSK Securities Indonesia, and PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia.
The company will use the proceeds to repay debt, and finance working capital.
The company last year booked a net revenue of Rp 1.09 trillion, up 13.04 percent from the previous year. However, net profit fell by 20.32 percent to Rp 62.26 billion. (*)
