Aneka Gas plans IPO

PT Aneka Gas Industri, which distributes gas products to industries, plans to sell 25 percent of its shares via initial public offering (IPO), with listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) scheduled for September.
IDX Director Samsul Hidayat said on Monday that the company, which is part of Samator Group, has appointed three securities firms as underwriters for the planned IPO including PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT RHB OSK Securities Indonesia, and PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia.
The company last year booked a net revenue of Rp 1.09 trillion, up 13.04 percent from the previous year. However, net profit fell by 20.32 percent to Rp 62.26 billion. (*)
