Antam appoints new finance director, commissioners

IDX-listed mining firm PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) named on Wednesday former banker Dimas Wikan Pramudhito as the new Finance Director.

Antam President Director Tedy Badrujaman told reporters following company shareholders meeting that Dimas, who has previously worked at Rabobank International Indonesia, Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia, and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, could help raise financing for the company?s various projects.

Meanwhile, retired army general Fachrul Razi was appointed as the new President Commissioner, replacing R. Sukhyar. Bambang Gatot Ariyono, currently Director General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, was appointed as a member of the board of commissioners, replacing Velix Vernando Wanggai.
