Antam expects to exceed ferronickel output target

IDX-listed mining firm PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) expected its ferronickel output this year to exceed the 20,000 tons of contained nickel in ferronickel (TNi) target.

?Ferronickel output this year will exceed the target,? Antam President Director Tedy Badrujaman said on Wednesday.

Company Operation Director Agus Zamzam said earlier this month that ferronickel output next year will reach around 24,000 TNi with the expected completion of the Pomalaa ferronickel plant expansion in Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, at the end of this year.
