Beside NNT, Antam also interested to acquire gold mines in Martabe in North Sumatra, Sulawesi and Kalimantan, Antam's president director Deddy Aditya Sumanegara said.
?We are still considering which one gives the best advantage to the company,? Deddy said in a seminar in Jakarta on Thursday, without providing further details.
As far as the stake in NNT is concerned, Antam will compete with coal mining firm Bumi Resources which has also expressed interest to acquire the stake.(*)
