Antam?s Q1 coal production down 22.95%

IDX-listed mining firm PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) said that its coal subsidiary PT Indonesia Coal Resources (ICR) sold 60,326 tons of coal in the first quarter (Q1) of this year.
The company did not provide comparative figure, but according to previous report in this portal, ICR booked coal sales volume of 78,295 tons in the first quarter of last year.
Antam said that unaudited revenue from coal sales in the first quarter of this year was Rp 13.15 billion, a 66.69 percent drop from Rp 39.47 billion in the corresponding quarter of 2016.
ICR operates coal concession in Sorolangun, Jambi Province.
