Antam to distribute dividend of Rp 150 per share

Shareholders meeting of state-owned diversified mining company PT Aneka Tambang decided on Tuesday to pay a dividend of Rp 150.05 per share for 2005, a company official said.

President director Dedi Aditya Sumanegara said the dividend payment totalled Rp 286.3 billion (US$31 million)or about 34 percent of the company?s 2005 net income of Rp 846 billion.

Dedi also said Antam planned to spend between $50 and $60 million in capital expenditure in 2006. (godang)
