Anugrah Lautan Luas to boost transshipment capacity

Transshipment service company PT Anugrah Lautan Luas is targeting to increase the capacity of its transshipment service by purchasing one unit of floating crane facility this year.

Adi Kusumah, CEO of Anugrah told Petromindo.com that currently the company has two units of floating crane operated in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan and Palembang, South Sumatra respectively with the combined capacity of 6 million tons per year.

?By adding another floating crane we expect to boost our transshipping capacity up to 9 to 10 million tons per year,? he said, adding that in the first two months of this year the company has transshipped about 600,000 to 700,000 tons of coal in South Sumatra and South Kalimantan.
