Indonesian coal mining association (APBI) said that the average coal price is expected to be around US$110-120 per ton throughout this year, APBI?s Chairman Bob Kamandanu told Petromindo.Com.
Bob said that despite the slowdown in China market currently due to European?s recession but the coal price will go up again, starting second semester and will stay high until the rest of the year. ?Even in 2013, you will all see the coal price to be high,? he said.
?This month it already hit $110 per tonne and although the price might be slightly down in next few months but it will pick up again and stay high until the end of the year.
