Apexindo gets rig contract extension from Vico

JSX-listed drilling rig firm PT.Apexindo Pratama Duta reported on Friday that its two land rigs, namely Rig 9 and 10, had been granted two months contract extension from Vico Indonesia.

The company said in a report to the JSX that initially the two wigs were contracted for six months drilling works until September 1, 2007 at Vico?s Nilam field in Sanga-Sanga PSC.

With the extension, contract value increased to US$ 15.3 million from $13.9 previously, the company said. (alex)
