Apexindo?s shareholders approve dividend for 2002

Shareholders of drilling company PT Apexindo Pratama Duta has decided to pay dividend of Rp 8.72 billion or Rp 5 per share (US$ = Rp 8,750) charged to the 2002 company results, according the company?s statement released by the Jakarta Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
The statement said Apexindo posted net profit of Rp 47.67 billion in 2002.
Apexindo is a 77.53 percent subsidiary of publicly listed oil and gas producer PT Medco Energi International Tbk. (robert)
