Archi?s gold output up 35%

IDX-listed mining company PT Archi Indonesia Tbk said that gold output as per April of this year reached more than 55,000 oz, or 35 percent higher compared to the same four-month period of last year.

?Production (of gold) at PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) as per April has exceeded 55,000 oz, or a 35 percent growth,? said Edgar Affandi, Corporate Secretary of Archi to Petromindo.com on Tuesday, referring to two subsidiaries MSM and TTN, which operate gold mines in North Sulawesi.

Archi has set a gold output target of 200,000 oz this year, up from 150,000 oz last year.
