Archipelago to hold general meeting on May 30

LSX-listed Archipelago Resources Plc reported on Monday that its general meeting of shareholders has been convened for 30 May 2013 to seek authority to appoint Colin Sutherland and Darjoto Setyawan as directors of the Company.
It said that a shareholder circular, which includes a notice of general meeting, and a form of proxy will be mailed to all registered shareholders today.
The General Meeting would be held at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
