Ari denies having resigned from Bumi

A non-executive director of LSX-listed Bumi Plc., Ari Hudaya denied statement on his resignation from Bumi.

"I don't resign (from Bumi). Please also share this information to other journalists," he told Petromindo.com in Jakarta.

Bumi in its statement to LSX announced that Ari Hudaya has resigned from the Board of the company with immediate effect.

The company's statement did not explain reasons for the resignation.
