ARMS appoints new senior independent director

Indonesia?s Sinar Mas Group through Asia Coal Energy Ventures Ltd (ACE) which is in the process of acquiring LSE-listed mining firm Asia Resource Minerals Plc (ARMS) has placed another representative in the latter company?s board.

ARMS said in a statement Wednesday that Warren Lee has been appointed as new Senior Independent Director.

As reported by this portal, ARMS on July 1 had appointed Kin Chan as Non-Executive Chairman, Dwi Prasetyo Suseno as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer and Fuganto Widjaja as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
