Arutmin secures coal supply contract to S. Korea?s KOMIPO

South Kalimantan-based coal producer PT Arutmin Indonesia said Monday it had secured a 300,000-ton coal supply contract to Korea Midland Power Co.Ltd (KOMIPO).
?Coal shipment to Korea will commence December for a year with an option for further extension,? company president director Arie S. Hudaya told Petromindo.Com.
KOMIPO was established as a power generation company in South Korea with operates a combined capacity of 6,993 megawatts power plants of which around 5,163 MW are thermal power plants.
Meanwhile, Arutmin is a subsidiary of JSX-listed Bumi Resources Tbk. Earlier; Arutmin said it would set production target at 18 million tons next year. (godang)
