Arutmin to supply 7.2m tons of coal to PLN next year

State owned electricity firm PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has reached agreement with coal producer PT Arutmin Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Bumi Resources, on coal supply for next year.
?The negotiation has been done. Arutmin will supply a total of 7.2 million tons of coal to PLN next year,? PLN?s primary energy director Nur Pamudji said on Tuesday.
He did not specify the price of the coal, only saying both firms would comply with the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministerial Decree No. 17/2010 on coal benchmark price in setting price of the coal. (Godang)
