Aryo Bimo joins the board of Krakatoa

ASX-listed Krakatoa Resources Limited announced on Wednesday that Aryo Bimo has joined the Board as an Executive Director.
Bimo is the current Director of Operations at PT. Sitasa Resources and its operating mines, PT. Sitasa Energi and PT. Tambang Sunai Sanur. He has led the development of Sitasa Group, one of Indonesia's most successful iron ore mining companies, from its roots as an exploration company in 2008 to a significant producer at two separate mines in less than 5 years.
Bimo graduated from The Institute of Technology Surabaya with a degree in Civil Engineering.
On Dec. 10, 2013, Krakatoa announced that it entered into a strategic alliance with Sitasa Resources. Under the Share and Purchase and Sale Agreement with Sitasa, Krakatoa will acquire from Sitasa 99.8 percent of PT Bina Citra Sawita (BCS), which holds 100 percent interest in an iron ore exploration license in Solok Regency, West Sumatra.
In addition, Krakatoa will gain exclusive access to Sitasa Group?s pipeline of iron ore projects. There are currently five iron ore projects in the pipeline which are located in West Sumatra, Aceh, Central Kalimantan, and Central Sulawesi
