Atlas Energi Resources to float 17% shares via IPO

PT Atlas Energi Resources plans to offer 17% shares through the initial public offering (IPO) in the second semester of this year.

Eddy Sugito, director of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), said Atlas Resources had submitted IPO document to IDX. The company had appointed UBS and PT Indo Premier Securities as underwriters for the IPO, Eddy said.

Atlas Resources is mining company, which has several coal concessions in East Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Papua. (*)
