Atlas Resources sells 100% shares in E. Kalimantan coal mining unit

IDX-listed PT Atlas Resources Tbk announced Tuesday that it has sold its entire 100 percent shares in East Kalimantan-based coal miner PT Sumber Daya Kumala (SDK) for Rp 250 million.
The company said that its subsidiary PT Aquela Pratama Indonesia, which owns SDK, has already signed the sale and purchase agreement with PT Mandiri Karya Pasira, and an individual by the name of Sudjana Tirtalukita.
Mandiri bought the SDK shares for Rp 249.5 million.
