ATPK subsidiary announces February production

PT. Mega Alam Sejahtera, a subsidiary of IDX-listed ATPK Resources announced on Tuesday that it has produced 206,958.49 tons of coal until February 20, 2013 from its Lamin site in Teluk Bayur sub-district, Berau, East Kalimantan.
The company stated to have produced 103.882,58 tons from pit 3 of the Northern Block and 103.075,91 tons from pit 1 of the Southern Block. It transhipped a total of 197,762.221 tons throughout the month.
As previously reported, ATPK expects to produce and sell 1.5 million tons of coal in 2013. ATPK sold most of its coal to India, producing and selling up to 750,000 tons of coal throughout 2012.
