Aussie firm sells Indonesian exploration blocks

Australian-listed oil, gas exploration company AED Limited, which is currently under administration, has recently completed the sale of its paid-up capital in two entities controlling assets in South Madura PSC, East Java and Rombebai PSC, Papua, Receiver and Manager Korda Mentha reported on Wednesday.

Korda Mentha did not give further detail.

AED through its subsidiaries has 60 percent interest in South Madura and 100 percent interest in Rombebai.

AED was put under voluntary administration on August 2011 after losing a two-year legal battle against Norwegian company Sea Production over the floating production, storage and offloading vessel Front Puffin.(alex)
