AWE explores possibility to drill Atlas prospect in early 2012

Australia-listed oil, gas firm AWE Limtied said the company is evaluating an opportunity to drill the Atlas prospect in Titan PSC in early 2012.
The commencement of the drilling is subject to government approvals and completion of necessary preparatory works.
Drilling plan has been designed for the Atlas prospect which is located approximately 40 kilometers east of the Lengo gas field adjacent to Titan PSC, it said.
AWE is the operator of Titan PSC with 40 percent interest. (romel)
