Badak NGL gets new president

State oil and gas company Pertamina has appointed Hanung B Yuktiakto as new president director of East Kalimantan's LNG producer PT. Badak NGL, popularly known as Bontang LNG plant, replacing Agus Haryanto.

Pertamina's director of commerce and marketing Djaelani Sutomo told Petromindo.Com on Sunday that Hanung was officially installed last Friday.

Before, Hanung was Pertamina?s deputy director of commerce and marketing. Meanwhile, Agus is going to retire.

Badak NGL, which processed gas production from Total?s Mahakam PSC, Vico?s Sanga-Sanga PSC and Chevron Corp.?s gas blocks, is Indonesia's largest LNG plant.

Badak, which operates as non-profit company, is 55 percent owned by Pertamina, with Vico, JILCO and Total own 20 percent, 15 percent and 10 percent, respectively. (godang)
