Bakrie divests shares in Tanjung Jati Power

IDX-listed engineering and construction company PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk said that its indirect subsidiary PT Bakrie Power (BP) has sold 30 percent shares in PT Tanjung Jati Power Company to YTL Jawa Energy B.V.
Bakrie & Brothers said in a statement Monday that BP had on August 20 signed the share sale and purchase agreement with YTL.
Bakrie & Brothers indirectly owns 99.95 percent shares in BP through subsidiary PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure. No further details were provided.
