Bakti Migas Utama builds LPG terminal

PT Bakti Migas Utama (BMU) is building a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) terminal with a capacity of 10,000 tons in Eretan, Indramayu, West Java, Investor Daily reported.
The project aims to support LPG supplies to Jakarta and West Java, M Nur Adib, chairman of the Association of Private National Oil and Gas Entrepreneurs (Hiswana Migas) said recently.
He said BII provided a loan amounting to US$30 million for the project, while the company also used its internal resource to cover some of the invesetment costs.
The general chairman of Hiswana was optimistic that the project would run in accordance with the plan. In addition, BMU has signed a contract to supply LPG to the government through PT Pertamina for five years. (*)
