Bangka Belitung to build solar power plants

The Bangka Belitung (Babel) provincial administration plans to build a combined 13 MW solar power plants to help accelerate investment and economic develop in the province.
Head of the Provincial Investment Board, Yan Megawandi said that the administration is currently making preparations for the tender process and land acquisition.
He said that of the total planned capacity, 10 MW would be built on Bangka Island, and 3 MW on Belitung Island.(*)
