IDX-listed engineering and construction firm PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PP) said that construction progress of a 2x25 MW mobile power plant (MPP) project in Bangka, Bangka Belitung province, has reached 80 percent.

Abdul Haris Tatang, EPC Director of PP told petromindo, com on Wednesday that the project is expected to be completed sooner than the initial target of November.

?God Willing, it will be sooner than the target of November. Perhaps in one or two months (can be completed),? he said.

The Bangka MPP is one of the eight MPP projects with total capacity of 350 MW currently being developed in Sumatra, whose ground breaking was held in a ceremony on June 1 led by President Joko Widodo. The projects are expected to be completed by the end of this year.
