Bangka to be tied in with West Seno

Gas production from the Bangka field in Rapak PSC, East Kalimantan will be tied in with gas production from West Seno field, before being delivered to the Bontang LNG plant to be be processed into LNG, upstream authority SKK Migas said.

SKK Migas? spokesperson Taslim Z Yunus said on Thursday the Bangka field will produce gas at a volume of 40-60 mmscfd.

He said the field is scheduled to come onstream by the end of this month.

The field is part of the Indonesian Deepwater Development (IDD) project owned by Chevron Indonesia Company (CICo). West Seno which is already in production also belongs to CICo.
