Bangun Banua sees production to remain flat in 2012

South Kalimantan coal miner PT. Bangun Banua Persada Kalimantan expects 2012 production to stay around 1 million tonnes, or the same as this year?s planned production.
The company?s official told Petromindo.Com that the production has been limited due to high stripping ratio.
The mine produces coal with CV value of 6,200 kcal/kg (ADB), all of which are exported to Japan and Taiwan, the official said adding that this year?s production as of September has been around 700,000 tonnes.
Bangun Banua, whose mine is located in Banjar regency, is a third generation CCoW holder. (denny)
