Bara Jaya subsidiaries change name

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Bara Jaya Internasional Tbk, formerly known as PT ATPK Resources Tbk, announced Wednesday its subsidiaries PT ATPK Power Resources and PT ATPK Energy Resources have changed name respectively to PT Bara Jaya Infrastrukture Energi and PT Bara Jaya Sumber Energi.
The company said that ATPK Power Resources was founded in 2006 as independent power producer.
ATK Resources announced late last month it had changed named to Bara Jaya Internasional.
