Bara Kumala Sakti produces 400kt per month

East Kalimantan coal miner, PT Bara Kumala Sakti (BKS), a coal unit of Indian firm Archean Group currently produces up to 400,000 tons of coal with 5,000 kcal/kg (GAR) and 1.4% sulphur content per month,a source in the company told Petromindo.com.
BKS, selling their coal among others to Noble, LG and Peabody, said that all its coal this year have been sold, including to Taipower.
BKS operates in Kutai Kartanegara regency.
