Indonesian miner PT Bara Sejati has recently been named owner of a 6,000 ha coal concession and related permit for a mine in Kelekat and Long Beleh Modang visages of Kembang Janggut sub-district in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, as the Indonesian Supreme Court has decided not to accept the case brought by PT Adiya Kirana Mandiri, Tribun Kaltim reported Tuesday.
"The land overlapping case between the two companies, which case was first brought up in 2008, is 'inkrach' according to the decision letter with 419 K/TUN/2010 registration number," Said Aziz on behalf of PT BS said.
The company expects to soon acquire the IUP Operation Production from the regent as mine production has long been delayed.(*)
